AMAZING Workshops

The work we do is aimed to inspire others and foster self-growth for those who partake in the events we facilitate.

“As we walk through this life let us all walk together.” ~ Shauna & Mark ~

About the work we do:

Art and Music are our truth, our history, our healing.

Music is a universal language that speaks to us all, and its potential is limitless in the needs of people. We can’t always express ourselves with words, and non-verbal communication (drum circles) can assist at those times. When people work together as a collective, such as in a drum circle, they share a sacred space of trust, love, and truth. In our workshops, we can not only see the power of music, but also the ability to free the mind, build confidence, and most importantly LOVE One Self. Drumming is an ancient approach that uses rhythm to promote healing and self-expression. From Shamans to Healers, therapeutic rhythm techniques have been used for thousands of years to create and maintain physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.

Likewise, Art is for everyone. It is a form of expressive healing that engages the mind, body, heart, and soul. The creative flow that emanates when we artistically express ourselves can help us learn new skills, work through unresolved issues, manage negative behaviours and feelings, reduce stress, and improve self-esteem and awareness. Art-making can inspire, uplift, and charm the spirit. The benefits of painting and/or creating art can be attained by anyone who is called to it.
